Overview/Guidelines:

The state of Delaware requires no permits or registration for physicians to dispense medications at the point of care. The limits on controlled substances require only a 72-hour supply be dispensed in-office. If a physician follows all state and federal laws for prescription drugs, they have the right to dispense out of their practice during the normal course of practicing medicine.
